Shipping Fees
All orders placed on our store are subject to a flat shipping fee of €4.90.
Shipping is free on orders of €40 or more, unless a promotion is stated on the product page or on the homepage.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Each order comes with a tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Depending on the carrier and your country, you can track your parcel through the shipping/tracking platform provided in the tracking email.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days in mainland countries
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
Missing or Not Received Item
If your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated time, please allow an additional 24–48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
If an item does not meet your expectations, please refer to our Return Policy available at the bottom of the website.
Order Cancellation
Orders are generally processed within 12 hours.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at: support@oyaluna.com
An order that has already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return once the parcel has been received.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.

An address change is only possible if the order has not yet been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for undeliverable parcels due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a parcel is returned to us, you may choose between:

Reshipment (shipping costs at your expense), or

Refund minus the shipping fees.
No refund or reshipment can be issued until the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
