At OYALUNA, each product is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If an issue occurs under normal use, our team will review your request and determine the most appropriate solution in line with our warranty guidelines.


What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects or quality issues that occur under normal use, starting from the shipping date of your order.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors (e.g., drops, water exposure, heat).

  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of materials.

  • Issues resulting from modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

If your case falls outside of this coverage, please refer to our Replacement Policy for further assistance.


How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Contact our Customer Support at support@oyaluna.com within the applicable warranty period for your product.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies for a replacement or another solution under warranty.

Please note: Items returned or shipped without prior approval will not be accepted under this warranty.
